Use this with your downdraft range or cooktop. Downdraft cooktops work in such a way, that, the smoke that comes from cooking is sucked back down, thus the name downdraft. Once the smoke rises, a downdraft element effectively sucks it down, pushes it to the tube included in the system, and pushes it out of your house through a vent.
