Ball Bearing 1182965

This is a an used on Shimano reels. This part is made out of metal and it is sold individually. This is the bearing for the bail arm line roller. There are two (2) of these bearing on each side of line roller. It is advised to replace them both at the same time. Ball bearings are designed to reduce friction between rotating parts. Bearings experience constant wear from pressure, heat, vibration and friction eventually requiring replacement. To complete this repair you would need a flat-head screwdriver. First you would need to remove screw from the bail arm. Then separate arm, washers and line roller. Remove old bearings and secure new ones in place. Re-assemble the reel
