This is an authentic Shimano replacement part manufactured for use with spinning reels, this is not an after market imitation part. The chrome plated handle screw cap fits on the opposite side of the body from the handle, and seals the body, and main gear. The handle screw cap is sold individually, please see model diagram for additional parts.
