Oven element was burnt out.
After I had all my tools it was very easy. I first watched the video on the website. I wasn't strong enough to pull out. So I shut off the circuit breaker. I first removed screws and then disconnet the element and reinstalled the new one.

Socket set
Oven wasn't heating to temperature.
Needed socket, not screw driver to remove screws of old element. Removing old element was easy except for trying to retain connecting wires inside oven instead of losing them back inside oven wall and insulation. Eventually used piece of cardboard with slots cut into side to anchor wires inside oven, which made installation easier.
