Flat Beater paint chipped
Sadly, your parts did not fix the problem. I ordered the white paint replacement WPL W10672617 in Feb 2016 and it had chipped again by Aug 2016. Your rep suggested the stainless steel replacement WPW 106356787. After the first use, all the "stainless steel" washed off in the dishwasher, turned grey and the grey was all over my hands. I fo und a replacement on Amazon "Sideswipe for KitchenAid" for about $30 and it not only works great but keeps it's finish in the dishwasher, the wife loves it. I do want to say that the people I dealt with at your company were great and the turnaround was very quick. It's just that the Mfg has given you a poor part.
