It dose not heat

For model number Rowenta 1550 w

Hi Julio, Thank you for your question. If the steamer is not heating or steaming up, there may be a buildup of mineral deposits such as calcium carbonate. To remove the mineral buildup, fill the steamer with equal parts of water and vinegar and let it sit for a couple of hours. Then empty it and give it a good cleaning.
