I am looking for the two washers beneath the Grind Fan Assembly
For model number Breville 870XL

I am looking to replace the felt washer under the grind fan but also need that metal washer as I noticed its not there. I am also missing the metal flat washer that is placed on top of the lower bur. I did find that on the website. My machine doesn't want to grind the beans it takes a long time to grind and hardly anything is grinding unless I bang on the machine to help move it through. I've cleaned it out several times and it doesn't help. The felt washer is pretty much destroyed at this point. Please help
