My Worx 14" electric chainsaw will not maintain the tension on the chain. I adjust, then start cutting and it loosens and the chain comes off. I am careful to make sure that there is no kinks in the chain, it's in the right direction and it's oiled. What could be wrong

Hello Doreen, thank you for writing. One of the most common reasons why the chainsaw chain gets loose so fast is because of wear off caused by time and usage. If you are using an old chainsaw, you will notice that the chain gets loose very frequently thanks to wear on both the chain and the sprockets. The Chain is FIX11841836. If you need help placing an order, customer service is open 7 days a week. Please feel free to give us a call. We look forward to hearing from you.
