My dishwasher buttons work but the dishwasher seems to get hot and damp. Dishes are not washed.

Hello Paul, Thank you for the question. If the appliance fills with water and the buttons work, but it is not washing dishes, we suggest checking to see if the arms are spraying water. The Circulation Pump could be defective and not sending water to the spray arms to wash the dishes. We hope this helps!
Start button is lower and loose when compared to other buttons. I need to press the Start button very, very hard. I guess I need a control panel. In your diagram what is callout #11, button for? Is this part of the control panel?

Hello Byron, thank you for your question. We have researched your model and found that #11 is indeed a part of the control panel. Your issue is probably with the Button, part number FIX10062460. If that does not take care of the issue, then the problem is most likely to be related to the User Control Board, part number FIX11769413.
