Why does my washer not come on ? It does not seems like it is not getting power

Hello Jean, thank you for asking! Given that there is no problem with the power source and cable and it is getting power, the second most probable cause that would not let the machine turn ON is problems with lid locks. The machine is designed to not start if the door is not closing properly. The parts that you need to look at and replace if found faulty are: Lid Lock assembly (part number: FIX12731130) and Door strike (part number: FIX16218028).
