The right glide that the meat drawer mounts in broke.
Obviously, remove all the contents of the drawer, then remove the drawer. This drawer glide is attached to the bottom of the glass shelf, so the food on the glass shelf needs to be removed as well. Carefully remove the glass shelf, and wait until the shelf and glide are at room temperature. This is important because the plastic guide is e asier to remove and replace when not cold. The old glide snaps out of its retainer in three positions. Simply rotate to remove. Make sure the orientation of the new glide is the same as the old one. The glides are left and right handed, and not interchangeable. That's it! Be careful handling the tempered glass shelf, as it is $100, whereas the glide is only $5!
