I get Error Codes 6 then 1 and 6 then 2 which would indicate Water Inlet Valve is not working. However, whatever cycle I choose, water fills, washes and drains on the first wash (rinse), but does not perform (fill) on any subsequent parts of the cycle. Wouldn’t this indicate that the problem is more than solely the inlet valve, since the valve seems to work on the first portion of any cycle?

Easy Fix to Dishwasher screeching
8 yr old dishwasher sounded like it was at an Oprah tryout. Ordered your water inlet valve and fixed it in under one hour, thanks to YouTube video. Only tricky part was putting sufficient plumbers tape on threads in tight quarters. After 2 tries no leaks, works great !!
