Water Inlet Valve

- checked ice maker to make sure the motor of the ice maker is working using a jumper to connect the T & H holes. I see the gear rolling, so let take a look at the water line. I used a meter to measure the ohm value of the inlet valve ( you can check how to test it using google) and see it is within the range 200 - 500. so, I put it back and waited for a few more days and still no ice came. I guessed the inlet valve has something wrong with mechanical part but I can not check it. so, I bought the same one from partselect.com on Friday and it arrived on Saturday. I was so surprised with that fast. I, then replaced the old one with this new one and then I see ice came out the next day. I am so happy. will order again if needed for sure. thanks.
