First off I have to say that KitchenAid really falls short on this part. It was broken and cracked within a month of buying the frig. We are remodeling our kitchen and I decided to replace the part that left a shard of plastic in my hand. I received the part quickly and well packaged, the plastic front did have a scratch on it but after living with the other for 5 years I was not going to complain. Install was a breeze, didn't come with instructions but what the heck it is a simple part, I also installed a lip in the front so butter dishes don't fall out when you open the frighted door, another mess up from KitchenAid. Love the frig not the bin door.
