This is an inlet/outlet bezel, also known as the air duct bezel, is for your dishwasher. It covers the vent openings in the dishwasher and prevents the dishwasher from leaking. It is gray in color and is approximately 4 inches in diameter. If the bezel is damaged, or the tabs holding in place are broken, you may need to replace it. I have 2 grey, 4" circular pieces on the inside of my kitchen aid drawer dishwasher. Both have broken off, broken tabs. No longer stays in place. Drawer has anlso started leaking. Are these 2 the same part, or is the top one different from the bottom one? . Also, the circular filter piece is missing from the area these pieces cover. Do I need to replace that as well? I believe the piece is a BEZEL inlet/outlet. AP6014539. I just need to know if the top and bottom pieces are the same. Both need replaced. Thank you.

The old Bezel broke off from the receiving bracket, inside of the tub.
Place new part,so it is flush with the inside wall over the receiving bracket it was located.Looking down at the part,apply pressure/push, while turning it clockwise,until it stops/locks on .Wah-La...you're done!
Note: this is a 2 drawer dishwasher. The front bezels/vents broke at the tab which locks in the module and compresses the seal. Remove the front panel starting with 2 screws on the bottom front. ... Read moree turbine looking vent module. There is one screw attaching it to the drawer, remove it, and disconnect 2 wires at the top. Now that module can be pulled away. Clean the sealing surface on the drawer and the module. Clean or replace the seal. Inspect the locking grooves to insure they are clear, the bezel tabs break off in those grooves. Reinstall module and lock in place with new bezel, move it around a bit to insure good seal. Reassemble in reverse. Note: there are 2 vents per drawer 4 total on machine, I would replace all 4 as they will most likely soon fail for the same reason.
