How do you install the flexible tine on the upper rack? I can not get the hands to stay up

Hello Jan, thank you for your question. The Flexible tine on the upper rack has two different clips. One Folding Tine Clip PS11747773. The tine clip snaps in place. The "C" shaped clip will be inserted onto the rack wrung, with the side extension away from the tines, insert the tines into the openings in the clip, insert the tine clip on the ends of the tines in the same manner and install the tine clip to the rack rungs. The second is Fold Away Tine Pivot PS11747708. We have a video that shows how parts like this are normally installed here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bio6-tpRiFg. Good luck with your repair.
