Put wheels on bottom rack.
The rack was new and 3 of the wheels went on nicely with alignment and snap on using hands. One wheel did not get lined up properly, and a screwdriver was used to gently pry it out and snap in correctly. This company is great. Great help from agents and fast delivery. A find!
