I have a timer PN 305305 which needs replacement. This is a VERY old machine.
You show WP305448 as a replacement but my existing timer has 6-wires connected to it and your replacement has only 5 connections.
How do I connect my existing wiring to this a WP305488??????
My existing wiring to my timer has GRAY, ORANGE, YELLOW-BLACK, BLUE, WHITE and BLACK...what goes to where on the replacement????
For model number DE410
Hello Lou, thank you for asking the question. According to our research, the white wire is connected with a neutral terminal, yellow-black is with the yellow-black terminal of the temperature switch, black with L1, grey with the drive motor and buzzer, blue with the buzzer, and orange with the thermistor-temperature sensor. Making sure the wire colors match during connection is mandatory. We hope this helps!
