All washing cycles work manually. However they get stuck. The washing cycles dont advance to the next. Like it was stuck in the wash cycle, and wouldnt advance to the next. I advanced to the spinning cycle to get out the water and it worked. So it seems it isnt advancing to the next cycle?? Would this mean the timer is broken?

Hi Kelly, thank you for your inquiry. A faulty lid switch, part number FIX11739463, can prevent the cycle from advancing, even if the lid is closed. You may be able to test it for continuity with a multimeter. Also, inspect the timer, part number FIX11739503. If the timer is not working, the washer cycle will not work properly. Glad to be of help!
