Door would not latch close
I entered the part number on youtube and a video popped up on how to install the part. I followed the video and within one hour, my machine was in working condition. I was a bit intimidated at first because it required a lot of disassembling. However, the video was so through that I could not go wrong. I have had this Maytag Neptune Wa shing Machine for 11 years now and this was the first time I ever had an issue with it. Since the machine is no longer in production, it would have cost me over $1,000 to repair. Really, no thanks. I am a 52 year old female with no mechanical experience and I was able to do this project myself. Thank you for having the part I needed.

I ordered the door latch assembly and decided to fix it myself. I am a female and had zero experience. I just watched the video and the video was easy to follow. As a result, I fixed the washer myself and it only took me one hour Follow the instructions from the video.
