Broken hinge
Take out center screw and then lift up. Unplug wire. To put on new one is to push down, plug wire together and put center screw back.

Broken hinge on mullion rail
Used a 1/4" nut driver to remove the one screw holding mullion in place. Unplugged the wiring harness, and removed old mullion. Replaced wiring harness on new mullion, then replaced the one screw that holds it in place. Took approx 1 minute.
