Gasket was broken and was causing the freezer to constantly run to keep the temp down in there.
I watched YouTube videos to see what to expect and they described having to unscrew fasteners around the door to remove the gasket. This particular model uses no screws. I just studied the old one to make sure I wouldn't install the new one backwards and pulled it out. It came out very easily. I then put the new gasket in place and pushed it in all around the door. I then closed the freezer and made sure the seal was sticking against the wall by pressing on it. That was literally all it took.
