What would cause the ice maker not to work? Note: The water dispenser is working.

Hello Johnson, thank you for getting in touch. Check the water filter, part number FIX11725126. If the filter has not been replaced for a long time or is clogged, water will not reach the ice maker properly. If this does not help, you will need to replace the ice maker assembly itself, part number FIX11700763. We hope this helps.

REMOVED COVER FROM ICE BIN, REMOVED COVER FROM ICE MAKER. REMOVED TWO SCREWS AT THE TOP OF ICEMAKER REMOVED THREE SCREWS THAT HELD THE PANNEL SO YOU COULD UNPLUG THE ICE MAKER. REPLACED THE NEW ICEMAKER.FIRSR PLUGING IT IN, REPLACE BACK PANNEL THE REPLACE THE TWO SCREWS HOLDING THE ICEMAKER. IT STARTED TO MAKE ICE IN ABOUT 5 MIN. REAL EAS Y TO REPLACE!!
