What is the the distance from the mounting flange to the top?

Hello I am looking to replace sheet metal damper for Broan-NuTone BCSQ130SS Three-Speed Glacier Under-Cabinet Range Hood with LED Lights ADA Capable, 1.5 Sones, 375 Max Blower CFM, 30", Stainless Steel with one that takes away the continuing flapping noise.
