Product Description

This is an authentic OEM supplied replacement burner set. It is designed for use with Napoleon grills. This assembly contains three evenly spaced burners which create an even cooking area. It includes stainless steel left, right and center burners. Please note electrodes are sold separately. To complete this repair no tools are needed. • Make sure to disconnect the gas tank • Disconnect electrodes • Remove old burners • Secure the new burner assembly • Re-connect electrodes and gas to test the grill

Old burners had corroded and flames were burning where they shouldn't
Step 1: Put on some rubber gloves to minimize the fine soot and ash that will stain your hands.
Step 2: Remove the grills and flavor trays.
Step 3: Using a 5/16" socket with short extension, remove two screws that hold the rear flavor tray supports and the burner.
Step 4: Lift out the flavor tray support and remove the burner.
Step 5: Install the new burner, set the flavor tray support in place and re-insert the screws.
Step 6: Light the burner and adjust the air supplies on each of the three nozzles to achieve the proper flame.
Step 7: Replace the flavor trays and grills.
