I am looking for the replacement kit for 663-E/688-E that fits in the existing frame (housing) in the 8 1/4" square ceiling cut out? Is that what this is?

I am looking to replace the fan and motor and leave the old housing in the ceiling

Looking for a motor/impeller/motor plate replacement for the above model. It was installed about 1980. Current motor plate measures 9”x9”.

We are so grateful to have found FIX.com! Our exhaust fan is original to our home that we had built exactly 35 years ago. We had heard of kits available that could replace the existing part that attaches to the frame, already installed. We were surprised to see that kits were available for our model. I sent a message to verify that it was what we needed and received a response very quickly that, yes, that was the model we would need. I placed the order, it arrived soon after, and it was installed in literally less than ten minutes. So super easy! The frame stays in place. Remove the cover, unplug the short plug, remove the screw, take out the fan part. Replace with the new kit and done! Thank you, FIX.com! Our bathroom is happy once again!
