What size bolts are they? Will these fit the older bullet vises?

Lock Handle to tighten down vise was bent beyond repair
Removed Vise from work bench. Three bolts were holding it down. Removed old lock nut & bolt. Installed new lock nut and bolt. Refastened vise to work bench.
