Does this part come with instructions on how to install.

Hello Rhonda, thank you for contacting us. Installation instructions do not come with this platen assembly. This platen assembly features easy-to-use paper clamps that can be changed in a flash. Please note screws used to attach it to the sander and the paper punch are both sold separately. Changing the pad is easy and will only require a screwdriver. First, remove the screws that secure the pad. Remove the old pad and replace it with the new one. Secure it using the screws.
