Wear Plate 618192-00

A miter table that sticks, scrapes, or turns roughly may have a worn wear plate. This thin plate sits between moving parts of the saw base to reduce friction and help the table turn smoothly for angle cuts. Before replacing it, remove packed sawdust and inspect the base, detent plate, lock, and mounting screws for damage. Confirm fit with the complete saw model and type number. Unplug the saw, lower and lock the cutting head, and remove the blade if the manual requires it. After assembly, check table movement and angle accuracy before cutting.
