This is a blade clamp for a saw. The purpose of this part is to clamp the blade to the reciprocating spindle of the saw. This part includes the blade clamp only. The screw that holds it in place is sold separately, however we highly recommend replacing the screw and clamp at the same time as they tend to wear at the same rate. Be rest assured that this part is an original part and is sourced directly from the manufacturer.
