How to wire up the 2 speed switch
For model number 6225
Fix.com logo
Hi Hank, thank you for your question. Always unplug your power tools before repairing. Remove the screws holding the handle together which will separate the handle in half into two pieces. Unplug each wire from the old switch and plug them into the corresponding space of the new switch, one wire at a time to avoid them mixing up. Put the two handle pieces back together and screw them back. Plug it in to test the operation. Good luck with this repair!
