Valve gasket failure Breville 870XL. Initially, when it was assembled on the factory, high pressure bruins valve was installed with the wrong gasket type. It was crimped and started leaking little by little. Water shorted the relay 110v with ground, causing major oxidation. And then one of the relay
Before doing any repair, make sure you do as much fotos of all the parts and connections of the machine, so you can go back and validate if you connected or properly the same way it was before.

First, had I replaced the valve group. Made sure all gaskets are lubricated, correct size and seated properly.
Than ordered a P CB board, that took 3 month to arrive.
The process is trivial for understanding, but complex to do. You have to put two PCB close to each other and reconnect all wires one by one.
Disconnect the first wire of the old PCB from the machine, and connect the same color new PCB wire to the same spot. Going slowly one by one, you will be sure that wires are properly re-connected. Once done, double check according to previously made photos that connections are correct.
Make sure not to over-bend any wires coming from the boiler sensors. That gave me a glitch. Once done put everything back, using zip ties. I’ve also used shrink tube connectors for better waterproofing.
