This is an authentic Toro replacement part, sourced from the original manufacturer for use with snowthrowers. The metal adjusting lever connects to the carburetor to change the amount of fuel and air that is sent to the combustion chamber to alter the motor's RPM. This lever is available as an individual replacement part.
