This is an authentic OEM approved replacement element, it is specially designed for use with Subaru/Robin engines commonly installed on lawn and garden equipment. Its purpose is to filter out dust and other debris from contaminating the carburetor, over time the material may get clogged eventually requiring a replacement to ensure peak performance.
