This is a genuine OEM sourced part used on Subaru / Robin lawn and garden engines. The starter rope is fitted onto the reel in the recoil starter assembly. This item is necessary in the activation of the motor. This item is sold individually. A screwdriver and a wrench are needed in making the replacement.
