This part is an OEM from Kawasaki and Toro for use with Lawn Mowers. The most common reason for replacing the throttle spring is when the engine doesn't throttle smoothly. This part is sold individually. The tools that you will need to replace the throttle spring is a 1/4 inch socket or nut driver and a 3/8th-inch socket or nut driver.
