This is an authentic replacement component which is sourced from the original equipment manufacturer for use with Honda engines commonly installed on lawn and garden equipment. It is the starter assembly which allows a user to pull-start the engine. It is a high-quality assembly which is sold individually, it includes the plastic housing, the starter pulley, the starter spring, the grip and the pull rope, please note the hardware to secure it is sold separately.
