The governor arm attaches to the throttle return spring and the governor rod. This item is made of metal and is available individually. This part is an OEM from Honda for use in engines and snowblowers. When replacing this part a socket set and an adjustable wrench might be required during the installation process. It will need to be replaced if it becomes broken.
