It is an authentic manufacturer-approved replacement component which is specially designed for use with Briggs and Stratton engines commonly installed on lawn and garden equipment. This float controls the fuel flow into the carburetor bowl by adjusting the needle valve. It is made of high-quality plastic and is sold individually.
