Product Description

This is an authentic OEM part from Briggs and Stratton for use with lawn and garden equipment engines. The governor spring applies tension to the throttle to control engine speed. The most common reason for replacing the governor spring is if the engine won't run smoothly. This part is sold individually. The tools that you will need to replace the governor spring is a 5/16 inch socket or nut driver.
