This is an authentic OEM sourced part which is specially designed for use with Briggs and Stratton engines commonly installed on a variety of lawn and garden equipment. It is the part that rotates inside the fan housing producing airflow. Unfortunately, over time it will wear out and it may begin to fail eventually requiring a replacement to ensure top performance.
