Product Description

This OEM replacement part is designed for use on Briggs and Stratton enignes. Carburetor mixes fuel and air needed for the engine to run. It also assists in controlling engines speed. This assembly includes a metal body carburetor and a composite material gasket. Often when the engine starts and quickly dies replacing carburetor might fix that issue. You can test your carburetor by removing air filter and pouring about a teaspoon of gasoline into it. Pull the starter rope and if the engine starts and then quickly dies, carburetor is likely the problem. To complete this repair a wrench would be needed. • Remove cleaner cover • Disconnect fuel lines • Remove old carburetor and install the new one • Re-assemble and test the engine
