This is a genuine Ridgid replacement part that has been OEM sourced to ensure quality. The durable plastic screw guard is intended to be used with collated screwdrivers. The screw guard fits onto the front of the housing over the screw strip guide and is used to cover the screws to keep them attached to the strip and moving along the guide.
