Product Description

This element is strung with a coiled wire made of a nickel and a chrome alloy. This wire receives, but resists, a controlled electric current and as a result, the wire heats up. The heat produced is used to dry the clothes in your dryer.

No heat in dryer
Installed heater element. Old element had break in element coil. Dryer then had heat but would not stay hot for long. Installed new thermal fuse. Installed new thermistor. Dryer now works fine. Not sure it needed a new thermal fuse but not a costly item but definitely needed heater element and thermistor. You installation video's are great. I didn't find a video however for installation of the heater element.
