I have replaced the heating element, thermal fuse, thermostat kit and the dryer thermostat but my dryer still is not heating at all. The drum spins, the vent is clear and the exhaust outside is clear as well. What else an I replace?

The thermal cut-off is a safety mechanism that is designed to trip if your dryer is at risk of overheating, to prevent further damage. It may need to be replaced if your washer is no longer heating properly. We hope this helps.
