No or intermittent heat
I was pleased that the part arrived in 2 days. Turn off Breaker, Unplug dryer, Move dryer to location with adequate space to disassemble, remove top and front panels as described by others, Use a system to keep track of screws (different sizes) and possibly use a digital camera to document stages of disassembly, disconnect belt (mine was through a small panel opening in the rear), remove 3 screws in the back of the drum to free drum for removal. You now have direct access to the heater coil. To remove old coil you must straighten very small tabs on the connectors which keep it from being pulled through the porcelain block. Proportion the new coil around the circle on the other porcelain retainers being careful to keep the coil from touching itself or other metal parts. Reassemble. Please note that I had intermittent heat because the loose coil had ultimately wrapped around the axle of the drum and there was also evidence of arcing to multiple spots on the back of the drum.

No rotation in stackable dryer. Motor seized up.
Unplugged wiring, removed door, exterior parts, dryer barrel, belt, and everything connected to the motor to replace it. Pretty simple work, but more challenging than a belt or heater coil replacement. Needed a little help with this repair, but once I saw it done, it was pretty simple for someone with a little mechanical aptitude or experience. This is my 3rd repair. Spent less that $200 on all three repairs and pretty happy with the results though the unit is showing wear and tear from disassembling it a dozen times...cheap craftsmanship though reliable...
