very noisy when turning
Idler Lever was obviously totally gone and causing most of the noise. Videos are excellent. Just follow them carefully.

dryer putting black streak marks on clothes and making a chaffing/grinding sound,
One of the metal drum guide brackets broke causing mis-alignment of drum, uneven guide wear and a noticeable chaffing/grinding sound, and after several months it began to eat up the felt drum/cylinder seal. Easily replaced both glide brackets and pads. Glued new felt seal on using 3 point c-clamp attachment to hold it in place while high temp adhesive cured. After minimal glue cure time reinstalled. Simple repair, lift top, unhook 5 wires remove 2 small hex head machine screws on inside and 4 on front, remove the 3 screws holding lint filter on assembly, and the 4 bracket screws. No part of the removal or installation process is complicated. Everything is very accessible with ease.

Loud squeaky noise from dryer
replaced felt pads, idler pulley wheel, and put on a new belt because the old one looked well worn. drum rollers moved ok so I did not replace those. Idler pulley wheel did not want to spin freely which is why I chose to replace, especially after reading others' stories on this site. Video on the web-site was most helpful. I've fixed dryer parts before, and repairing is not the most difficult job, but I am teach school for a living. It was great to get out the door doing it myself for $50, and that includes purchase of a new tool.

Very noisy dryer drum, sounded like it was gargling gravel!
Took apart too much trying to diagnose problem. Searched on model #, found the website, followed prompts to the problem, parts came up with videos on install, watched them, ordered parts, 3 days later, installed new parts, perfect. MY ADVICE: GO TO this website 1ST. Watch videos, then open machine & order parts, would've saved an hour. THIS COMPANY ROCKS!!!
