Does this solve an issue with Cleaning cycle does not agitate?
For model number JDB9000CWP3
Hi Suzanne,
Thank you for your question. This is a turbidity sensor. It detects the soil level in the water and sends this information to the electronic control board. If your dishwasher does not start during the cleaning cycle, there are some parts that you will need to check to see which one is causing the issue. You will need to check the door latch, the electronic control board and the drive motor. We have included a link that you may reference on how to check these parts. Once you have determined the part you need, please feel free to call customer service. We are open 7 days a week and anyone will be happy to assist you. We look forward to hearing from you!
Some of the parts we sell are eligible for mail-in rebates since we can recycle them. We will display any applicable rebates in your shopping cart. To redeem your rebate, contact Customer Service after you have received your part.
