the two forward guide wheels for the upper tray would keep disconnecting with the slide. They were broken.

step1: empty top tray.
step 2 pull out the tray and then shove it back a little to be able to get to the end of the slide. Do only one side at a time.
Step 3 If you look at the end of the slide there is a plastic or vinyl end cap that can be taken off.
Step 4 take off old wheel, it's easy just look at how it goes on so you can put the new one on.
Step 5 do the other side. Don't forget to replace the end caps on the slides. Done

Broken Rack Wheel

Easy as it gets. Remove the clip on the end of the drawer slide, remove the broken wheel, snap on the new wheel and roll it into the slide. Put the clip back in. DONE!

Upper rack wheel broken.

It was so easy, I was amazed. The part and shipping was about $13. If I called a repairman the bill would have been over $100. I was so proud of myself.

broken handle & bad wheel

Hardest part was getting old wire connectors off door handle assembly. Take your time and slowly wiggle / pry off without breaking surrounding pieces. BE SURE TO TURN OFF POWER TO MACHINE!! Will probably have to thoroughly clean part of dishrack that slips into wheel holes, hard water deposits made slipping new wheels on a little tight.

Upper rack wheel damaged

When rack was moved out to remove dishes, rack would fall on one side due to rack wheel system damage. After ordering part was delivered in two days. The right side front rack wheel on the middle rack had broken

First, I removed the rail stop at the front end of the track by depressing the tab that holds it in place. Next I removed the broken rack wheel. This required a little effort since the wheel spins on the end an L-shaped metal rod and clips onto the back of the rod. I had to rotate the wheel until the clip released from the back of the rod and then the wheel slid off the rod. To install the new wheel, I slid it onto the rod and rotated the wheel until the clip snapped into place on the back of the rod. To get enough space to rotate the new wheel I had to unclip the wrack guard and then reclip it when the wheel was on. I then slid the wheel into the rack and replaced the rail stop.

Broken roller on front left roller

undid end clips removed entire upper rack, release clip of wheel and slide off. Reverse process for install .Entire repair took less than 10 minutes .
