The front and rear bowl tines were rusted and unusable.
I watched the video a couple of times and was able to take out the old tines and replace them with the new tines. The hardest part was getting the rusted end caps off the tines. Thanks for the great, instructional video.

Several plastic covered assesories in the bottom rack were rusted and needed to be replaced.
I watched the video on the website and replaced the front and rear bowl tines using the two adjustable peg clips. I did not know if I needed the sleeves but ordered 4 of them. I did need one extra because one was too loose until I found one of the 6 I had, that fit. The front fold-away tine fit right in the groove in the existing piece of hardware. The only disappointment was that the side rack is discontinued so I ordered a kit online to paint over the rusted part in the middle of the rack. The light grey paint on the tines is a special blend and highly flammable. I would recommend replacing parts rather than painting over the rust.

Tines rusted through; some broken off
Removed existing rear bowl tine with some difficulty ( v.strong) & clipped the new one in to the existing lower rack. It was disappointing & v. frustrating then to discover that the replacement for the lower rack, which also needed replacing due to rusted grid etc. & which I ordered, along with the rear bowl tine based on the graphic di agram on the web site, when delivered was not as shown in the graphic & though it slid in ok, it was a different & much less efficient design, specifically, it did not have the shelf rack nor space for the bowl tines. I arranged to return it & am making do with the existing (& rusted) lower rack in which I have now replaced both bowl tines. The graphics of your replacement need to be updated to depict the parts as currently available! Having had Maytag appliances for over the past 50+ years & only had new ones (twice) during that time (because we moved), it is v. disappointing that the quality (rust) of this most recent dishwasher is not up to standard of my previous Maytag dishwashers which never had any rusting problems.
